Very helpful and friendly staff. Home inspection report delivered quickly and very easy to understand
From start to finish, SPI were great. I had a highly qualified former architect inspect my property. He was quick to provide a preliminary opinion and provided a shortly after the inspection. Working towards a tight deadline, it was refreshing to have a building inspector that was able to work quickly, was able to communicate clearly and cost effective.

I made several enquiries with various other Professional Property Inspectors and yes they all answered my enquiries but SPI answered 1st during the new year holiday break when I needed to engage an Inspector as a matter of urgency. It was a great experience to choose SPI as building inspection . They can arrange inspection within short period of time and professional. Their sales coordinator was also very prompt to reply any question and arrangement . Great service !
A client recommended SPI, having used them for previous commercial inspections. I contacted SPI to do an inspection on a commercial property so I could be confident before ‘signing on the dotted line’. Was impressed by the quick turnaround (the inspection was booked for the next day) and how thorough the inspection was. Our inspector was happy to answer all of our questions. The report came through quickly which I was very happy about. I feel it gave me peace of mind. I would be happy to recommend SPI and will use them again in the future’.
