I give permission for SRLA and its independent specialist to undertake an inspection of the property listed in Part A.
I understand that:
• There is no cost involved
• The persons entering my property will carry Public Liability Insurance so that I and/or the property owner/tenant are indemnified from any liability in relation to the work of the building surveyors
• SRLA and its independent specialist will retain a copy of the consent form, any report and delivery receipt prepared or produced throughout the construction period and provide me with a copy of any property condition surveys undertaken on my property.
The personal information on this form will be kept as a record of your agreement to a survey at your property.
We will use the information to communicate with you about your property condition survey.
