Melbourne’s Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) involves the removal of 75 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne.
This program is the largest of its kind in Victorian history and is one of the projects in progress as part of ‘Victoria’s Big Build’.
SPI Property Inspections has been working with a number of project alliances to provide pre-and post-construction dilapidation reports and street surveys for the LXRP.
The National Australian Construction Review interviewed our Projects team on-site, as part of its Major Project Review edition.
SPI was engaged by The Southern Program Alliance (SPA), who managed the removal of level crossings at Seaford, Carrum, Cheltenham and Mentone.
